FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I lose weight with Nutri Balancing?
Yes, Nutri Balancing diet meals can help you lose weight if integrated into a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Can we consume it every day?
Yes, it is designed for daily use, as long as it fits into a varied diet.
What can I mix Nutri Balancing with?
You can mix it with cow's milk, a plant-based drink, or water. The choice of liquid influences the nutritional profile: the protein and carbohydrate levels will vary depending on the option chosen. If you opt for a plant-based milk, choose one with low added sugar—check the label for "of which sugars."
Is it compatible with a vegetarian diet?
Yes, Nutri Balancing is suitable for people following a vegetarian (vegetarian-free) diet. Our meals contain protein sources compatible with this diet, such as soy, peas, milk, and/or eggs. They exclude all meat or fish, while still ensuring a complete protein intake.
Is it suitable for people with lactose intolerance?
Nutri Balancing contains milk proteins, but with an extremely low lactose content. Its consumption is therefore generally well tolerated by people suffering from lactose intolerance.
Can I eat it as a snack or after a workout?
Nutri Balancing is formulated to replace a full meal. Its calorie and nutritional content is therefore too high to be consumed as a simple snack, especially if you are trying to lose weight.
Similarly, after a workout, it is better to focus on a targeted protein intake with a quality protein shake, rather than a full meal.
If you're feeling peckish, opt for a light, balanced snack: chia pudding with red fruits, fresh fruit salad with a hint of cinnamon, some nuts, or 1 or 2 low-sugar fruits.
